Ekphrasis
In this project, I chose to revive a collection of songs using textiles, text and items of lyrical clothing. The brand developed combines fashion and poetry, using pocket books that are an integral part of the garment. Every combination of clothing is a kind of reflection of the human soul. Which invites the wearer to join her secrets, and so, in a moment he becomes a partner to the secret of creativity and art.
בפרויקט זה בחרתי להחיות אסופת שירים באמצעות טקסטיל, טקסט ומערכות לבוש ליריות. המותג שפותח משלב בין אופנה לבין שירה באמצעות ספרי כיס שהם חלק בלתי נפרד מהבגד. כל מערכת לבוש היא מעין בבואה לפנימיות האדם המזמינה את הלובש להצטרף אל רזיה, וכך, בן- רגע הוא הופך שותף לסוד היצירה והאמנות .
Ekphrasis or ecphrasis, comes from the Greek for the description of a work of art produced as a rhetorical exercise,[1] often used in the adjectival form ekphrastic, is a vivid, often dramatic, verbal description of a visual work of art, either real or imagined. In ancient times, it referred to a description of any thing, person, or experience. The word comes from the Greekἐκ ek and φράσις phrásis, 'out' and 'speak' respectively, and the verb ἐκφράζειν ekphrázein, "to proclaim or call an inanimate object by name"
